main difference to me is 4.50 ends up
in the companies pocket to fund progression of trials and other work, without needing dilutive cap raise.
yes there’s a premium to pay in contributing in this way but this doesn’t have to a one or other proposition, can buy on market now and also exercise options, as I’ve done. I exercised my options and bought on market when prices dipped.
