should this be a concern since most holders are not on HC to get updates and education on the options.
also think that the top 500 shareholders should cover 75% of shares, since the 100k share group (251 s/h) already cover 64%. wont be too difficult for Race management and board to call up the stragglers on the top 500 to convince them to convert, in particular since RAC bonus options are strongly in the money, not including the value of the piggies. Last resort, reallocate options to willing soph investors of instos.
