You will get some sort of snail mail letter at sometime, but if you log into your Automic account after having added your SRN to the Automic account you will be able to see your shares and piggyback options listed under your SRN. To get the shares into your trading account (HIN) you will need to ask your current broker to do the transfer - there is likely a form in your brokering account to do this.
If people want to help it would be great if people could post description on how to do the broker initiated transfer from the SRN to HIN accounts for the different brokers here.
