Unless you are a large insto or trader you need to buy or sell in blocks of stock/options and the blocks have to be worth at least $500. If you are a small shareholder and you have say 250 piggyback options then unless those options are worth more than $2 each, you would not be able to sell them on market (assuming the piggyback options were listed).
