Race options thread, page-833

On Monday I thought I would exercise my options. It's all new and confusing to me so I called Automic. They told me I could basically do a bank transfer (with bsb and acc no) with a reference number.

My understanding was that in a few days time I could then transfer the options into my account using a SRN or HRN (or something). I would just log into Commsec enter a SRN or HRN and transfer them once the money had been processed.

Now I am in a stupid position where I have transferred the money and don't know what to do next. I'm pretty sure I need my SRN from Automic and then log into settings on Commsec to transfer them across

When I log into Automic I can see the statement confirming that I have exercised the options but my SRN has a bunch of asterisks and only shows the first and letter or number (I or 1) and the last few. Why is that?

Any want to help and tell me what I should be doing?
