Do you know if this 'Shortfall Offer' is open to all retail eligible holders, or only a select few based on some criteria?
I have logged into my Automic account using my SRN and I can see the RACOPT39 Options Excercise Form which was sent in December 2023, but I can't see any 'Shortfall Offer'.
