Can't you ask for an early settlement? I have sold a property, key dates. Initial contact with Agent 15 February 2024, Contract signed 4th of March, then a bit of delay which got sorted, then settlement 8th of April. Just shows it can be done. Yes, majority of the funds helped to buy RAC shares.
