Automic is a shit show. I hold in 2 accounts - one is under a personal name and the other in the family trust.
- Process was simple for one account (luckily the one with 93% of the shares I have). Form was mailed out, easily added to Automic portfolio, BPay form available on the portal under document and statements. Paid the money and now shows as processing acceptance.
- Other account - nothing. Called Automatic and got the "hmm yes, not sure why they are not showing, I'll have to talk to somebody and call you back". No call back of course yet. So I'll be on the blower tomorrow.
