@Hunterr I'm curious as to your rationale in converting the piggies now. Not saying you're doing the wrong thing, just wondering what your reasoning is ?
Given the long lead time still to convert the piggies, wouldn't an alternate strategy be to instead buy on market, at what seem low prices, and thereby locking away another parcel to a long term holder, and the flow on effect (although small) on the demand/supply/price curve ?
