I already converted my piggies. Reasons; 1) It is cheaper to convert than buy on the market (it is in the money), therefore I am saving and can buy more shares. 2) It helps RAC and the clinical programs 3). While it is not likely but also considering 50% cap gain tax exemption in case a takeover happens faster than we may think. 4) The amount and the number of piggies I have is not a very large amount. Hope this explanation makes sense.
