So Race says , hey Beaza, we’ve been friends for a while now and we really value you as a shareholder, as a thank you, we are going to offer you some shares at 75c. So you say big deal I can just buy some on the market for 79.5c, not much of a saving.
To sweeten the deal Race say , we hear you Beaza, how does this sound for every share you buy from us directly we will give you 3 piggy back options which expire in 2026.
If you decide to purchase the bonus options, you are then given the piggy back options for FREE, these piggy back options give you the right but not the obligation to buy a parcel of shares at an agreed price ($1.25 for a pre determined period of time (29 May 2026)
By owning the right to buy something you are counting on an increase in value of the shares to realise a gain in the option price. These options provide leverage and a lot of upside if you believe in RACE.
Theres also a chance they may be listed on the ASX, so you may be able to trade them.
