The piggies will have a price attachment if it becomes tradeable.
you pay for shares now at 0.85c, you're accepting risk upfront. Options allow conversion of piggies in ?2 yrs, which means you're risk free to see how race pans out.
converting now at 0.75c and selling an equal amount of what you have gives you 10c in the hand per share. Then you have the freedom to sell options on market(if it becomes tradeable), or hold til you know you're in the money, or if they're not you're only out your initial $0.75 options conversion cost as opposed to being out 0.85c X 4.
