if you got the form, it tells you how to exercise.
the only extra bit is transferring from the SRN (included on the paper copy of option statement ) to the HIN of your existing holding, but this is really just for convenience of having them all under the one HIN.
obviously there’s been issues for some but it can also be very smooth, for me all done in under 5days, bpay to exercise options, 2days later showed up in automic, transfered from SRN to existing HIN online via NABtrade the next day, and they appeared after logging out and back in again.
