When I log into Automic I can see the statement confirming that I have exercised the options but my SRN has a bunch of asterisks and only shows the first and letter or number (I or 1) and the last few. Why is that?

Any want to help and tell me what I should be doing?

From my conversations with Automic, they will not email you your SRN they will only send it by snail mail, which makes absolutely no sense to me. So if you don't have the letter with the details regarding the options you will need to phone them and get them to send it. Once I paid for my options and it showed on Automic I phoned my brokerage, in my case ASB Securities, and asked them to transfer the options to my HRN. Then I manually added them to my ASB Securities account.
