Gut feel is that he never got the letter. There are so many people saying this. I never got the letter either. I was registered with Automic, they had the correct address and correct email address. The only way I received it was following them up to "resend". I really do fear there are a bunch of holders that don't even know the options exist, let alone know they should be chasing Automic.
