I BPAY'd my oppies last Friday. No change in my portfolio in the Automic Portal late today. So I phoned and spent over half an hour on the phone. The payment couldn't be found. Obvious details and the transaction was resent to their selected email. I was informed it would be followed up. Hung the phone up. A couple of hours later I received an email asking "Please confirm what you have made this payment for?" Mmmmm.
Why am I telling you this? I have enough time to sort this out but for those that haven't converted: DO NOT DELAY IN PAYING FOR YOUR 75c OPTIONS you never know what struggle you might have if you leave it last minute.
