George Bauk is heading over to Germany, the United Kingdom and France with Chamber of Mines and Energy of Western Australia.
Members of the mining delegation are keen to attract direct investment and technical expertise, both to kick start some of the rare earths projects and to promote and fund value-add processing activities, while the R&D group are keen to develop research relationships with their counterparts here in Europe.
While they in Europe they will meet with a cross-section of Government agencies, commercial interests and research organisations.
