ltl, good to see you've been doing some reading outside the NTU Anns. and started to identify some of the issues faced by the juniors.
Regarding Point 1, CUX appears to have a broader spread of REO which would make it more attractive to processors, not overloading the circuits with too high levels of one or two elements. Of course they would probably concentrate of the areas with higher Xenotime & HREE.
Point 4 is the important one as I have been suggesting and one of the major advantages that CUX may have is being first to market with a very simple low cost strip & concentrate process without the need to raise a lot of funding. If the concentrate is attractive end processors will design plants to accommodate CUX feed which may exclude others. Of course CUX's low cost approach will also make it highly profitable at concentrate stage and able to undercut competition pricewise if necessary.
