I am holding for the uranium potential, but the REE is an interesting sideline. Alluvial fans+hard rock potential.
I haven't the time to go through but i have some links below for some info.
Might be some indicative operating costs for wet and dry mining and processing and capital costs in the analyses at the end of this paper
