    Hi n_terra,

    From the first reference they are costing their sandminning at $4/tonne so I will use that figure instead of the $2 I have been using to date.

    The processing is staged so (c) the chemical plant will only require 2 to 3 tonnes of dry processsed concentrate to produce 1 tonne mixed TREO gross. Let's assume a 70% recovery rate through the whole process, 700Kgs net.

    So max the chemical plant will need to process 4.3 tonnes of dry concentrate per tonne of mixed REO.

    I think the last part of the processing will be the most expensive so the greater the concentration of TREO in the material to be processed the cheaper it will be.
