The current CV-19 outbreak in Vic could just as easily been Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth ... or Bathurst, Toowoomba, Bendigo, Port Augusta or Geraldton.
I think it is mature of Morrison and Beryljikian (sp?) not to that I know of not point the critical finger at Victoria.
