Yes, the once Great State of Victoria reduced to the butt of jokes!! Very hard to see it rise above the ashes, with a continual push down!! Maybe one day it will become a mendicant State with even the good folk of Tasmania having to put their hands in their pockets to provide help and support. How the once mighty have fallen!!
