so, here it is ------ in language that the RR can understand -
you do not, under any circumstances do anything that can inhibit the flow of information to you that is freely given ---
why? - because if you do - that information flow will be shut off quicker than a beer tap on last drinks
that would do untold damage to what you are trying to achieve --------- the control of a contagious pathogen
