    i guess we'll see if its a good strategy come December !!

    after last weeks action I'm far more confident about near term gains here. also the suggestions i'm getting about the federal spending and the lobbying by RACS is very strongly in favour of a further investment in PBI.

    as always imho, dyor, lol, etc, et al.
