    PBI just got its first U buyer lob since 2003. only at .21 at this stage, but came after some of the T3 traders dumped ... interesting ... i wonder if one of the big boys has done some research on medical training simulators and spoken to the feds about how they plan to push through a whole new generation of surgeons?
