We have seen Paul Hopper recently execute a $10.1 million investment in his other company CHM by a US institutional investor, Lind via a Placement
Agreement. RAD being later stage and the success of the phase 2 trails for Pivalate IMO RAD will have no trouble attracting a similar not dilutive raise over here (when they need it) Cash runway till end of 2023. They have stated their listing on Nasdaq will attract more opportunities for biotech funds who get the science and the value and the opportunity.
Block out the noise, good opportunity to get some lower here while they finalise Nasdaq listing and get the Phase 2/3 underway.
RAD is a Phase 2/3 stage Biotech at $30m MC with excellent data. Those with patience will be rewarded.
