There's a little bit of interest in BND today at long last. I wouldn't be surprised to see BND get issued a speeding ticket by our diligent regulators.

A 10% increase in share price wakes the watchdogs from their slumber, but really BND is a car that was once travelling at over 200km per hour, and has recently been recorded travelling at 23 km/h - now that it is travelling at 26km/h the police will have their radars out!
