It's up to you to make your mind up about who's more credible, management or bonitas.
I personally bought more as I believe in "innocent until proven guilty" and I did not see a smoking gun from bonitas. I'm still waiting on that smoking gun to be presented, they made some bold claims but I am yet to see the proof.
Seriously, everyone should go look over the reports with a fine tooth comb themselves (ironically just as bonitas suggested) and make their own mind up. This is very much a case of do your own research.
