Ive been following this and it seems that some people blogging here seem to view things in binary terms - i.e. RFF is 100% in the clear and guilty of nothing or were 'dodgy' and fraudulent as the extremely emotional and mostly incorrect shorters report suggested.

There are grey areas in which all management operate ... its just how much as an investor you are willing to tolerate and how much risk you perceive as being associated with this, and what you believe the market will tolerate.

RFF did not do what bonitas accused them of, but that does not mean the management style and set up is desirable either. I think they did everything in the aftermath to regain trust, and have done a very good job here.

I'd invested a small amount not completely understanding the structure but after concluding that everything from a legal perspective seemed above board, I still sold when the price went back up because it wasn't a risk I was willing to take. I don't want to 'wait' because I think even if its good news, that people are expecting, the price will not sky rocket as a result, but if its even slightly bad, it could easily dip down to 1.60/1.70.

I just ask myself if I was a new investor and looked at the set up/ amount of future scrutiny this company will be subject to, would I invest now, the answer is no
