They do quite a few emails, I'd guess they send them monthly.
As for the communication re: licence, it's not in their hands and it would be remiss of them to comment on a regulatory authority reviewing an application out of turn. Pete and the company have addressed the issue of it at many stages, every quarter, half year, webinars. I can't expect more than that as a holder. If ppl here want to speculate and guess then that's not the company's responsibility to coordinate and fact check. In fact many have emailed the company and been satisfied with their response.
