Apologies if this has been covered but for those fretting that the SMSL mob have anything to go on in relation to the radiation levels of the waste from the LAMP then think again. The predicted average dose of radiation from the LAMP to the refinery's workers and that of the general community is well under even Malaysian standards which are higher than International standards, in fact an airline pilot and flight attendants receive a higher annual does of radiation (not at harmful levels) than what these people will receive.
The SMSL have a right to have their say but but they won't get far pinning their hopes on harmful radiation levels.
