nuclear regulations, that dictate zones like this, around radiation fallout are biologically wrong. they assume radiation accumulates and we have zero ability to repair low doses, and that is biologically incorrect.
People didnt die of radiation at Fukushima because regulation saved them. They didnt die because low dose fallout style radiation is not dangerous.
