Re.: Radio Hill Plant There are many important questions to get answered before the capital requirement for a fully operational RH process plant can be assessed from /by the outside.
For example, lacks the following information:
- Time schedule incl. a start-up schedule for optimizingsystems? - What remains to be completed before commissioning, cold tests, hot tests and process optimization can be started and / or is completed?
- Supplier contracts and agreements?
My questions to Mr Edward Mead:
Will the refurbished Radio Hill Plant incl. flotation circuits for i.e. recovery of fresh sulphide copper, nickel and PGE mineralisation produce smelter-grade copper, nickel and PGM concentrate with acceptable metallurgical recoveries?
Has aspects of ultra fine grinding of intermediate flotation been considred to improve overall PGM recovery and/or final concentrate grades?
