Soon is relative. In the mining industry 'soon' could be many months. In this instance, 'soon' is a fair call considering we're aiming for before xmas.
If you thought it would be ready in October, then you haven't read all the releases thoroughly. November is possible but so is December. So maybe a realignment of expectations is in order.
