BTW, not cross-promoting, but given Alan Shortall/UNS and MB have an association through YBR, did you see the Big Fella picked up another $500,000 on-market recently? I know it's been said before, but if MB could take a leaf out of his mate's book and do the same, that would be a HUGE step in the right direction. Would also deal a big blow to the blocking sellers we've got trying to keep a lid on things. Come on champ, money where the mouth is!
