Somebody just sold $104 worth of stock and it resulted in about $3m being wiped of the company's market value. If I'm understanding the script correctly, I believe that we are supposed to panic and follow this seller.

Unbelievable that the company is still in a position that allows this to happen. Perhaps TZ wouldn't be if they had met their 1 month target.

The Company has an option to purchase 500,000 additional shares in Intanova Pty Limited. This option was exercible between 1 February 2011 and 15 February 2011. The option was not exercised, however, the shareholders of Intanova Pty Limited have entered an agreement approving the extension of the exercise period until 15 March 2011.

I wonder what is going on!
