In this instance i think that is because they have nothing to put to market. When they made the " breakthrough" with conjugating omomyc they made an announcement stating that. When they achieve the same or better results with their own version im sure we will hear about it. Until then unfortunately more asx announcements that they are "currently working on a breakthrough cancer drug" would just be a repeat of what they already announced and without further results would make them seem more of a joke than it appears they already do.
The issue doesnt seem to be publicity as we keep saying they do how many presentations a year to highly targeted groups. The problem is we need some results of significance that can be proven by solid validated and indipendently verified data. Why they dont have this after saying they already have an omomyc alternative is beyond me. I can only assume as i mentioned before that using pyc speak the current silence might translate to the trials failed?
