Not trying to sound too cute stoicshrink but ... a concrete slab and piers don't sell a house, but if there are issues with the foundations, the pretty stuff like a flash state of the art kitchen, and architecturally designed bathrooms and laundries won't ether.
Very confident that NOX will have a rock solid base plus the major selling items that attract attention. Best of both worlds methinks.
