Underpinning yes well done stayso - even in Hicksville we underpin with piers "after" foundation issues though I'm sure that isn't the analogy you were using to sell.... Also in Hicksville we build on reinforced raft slabs so that we shouldn't need to underpin later after problems arise leading to cracking through the walls and giving the impression of a house about to fall down..
Again though old boy if anyone can quantity, measure and replicate the abscopal effect then it would be ground breaking 100% no analogy it would be given very high praise around the world and would truly be labelled a medical breakthrough long sought after.
