Holy moly. This is absolutely brilliant news @RBx! I didn't expect this so soon, after the whole "tumour" ridiculousness.

So this patent covers DARRT, at least for prostate cancer, it seems. We'll probably see continuations/divisionals for the other types of cancer they are including into DARRT-2 (and this may partly explain this expansion of DARRT-2 into other cancer types?), and any protocol changes that emerge.

In any case, intellectual property is now a non-issue for NOX. With various coverages in AU, EU, JP and now the US, it is basically a tickbox exercise for the patent lawyers to fill in the gaps.

I expect it will be a HUGE week for NOX next week. I'm off to have a drink to celebrate. Have a great weekend folks and congratulations to Noxopharm!
