I have worked for various mid cap international companies and if the CEO / Board could not convince analysts/brokers of the value , then they were fired. We need to keep Thomas Nador but fire the rest of the Board if there is not a dramatic improvement in the next three months . Sadly, though , this is Australia and we are apathetic and tend to put up with failure .
