[Find shell, raise capital, take position, dilute old shareholders management, do work on old project, raise capital for new project dilute old shareholders and management, vend in friendly project for shares dilute shareholders and management, take control of company]
Look at PUA that is exactly what happened there, you dig deep enough, find out who owns/owned what and deals done.
That is what concerns me on the options here.
