The reality is that nobody really knows just how many Financial Products have been re-hypothecated and thus what the true situation is............... at best it's a Guesstimate.
So the Masters of the Universe either want to continue the scam or they want to crash the whole thing.
Old Mate Rafi is just putting up historical and comparative patterns of behaviour. His other videos are usually about liquidity in the Financial Markets and the flow of funds through the system.
