Old Mate Rafi is just putting up historical and comparative patterns of behaviour. His other videos are usually about liquidity in the Financial Markets and the flow of funds through the system.

Just be careful, many (not all) of these guys are intellectually vain. By that l mean they are more concerned about being admired for their "genius" than what it is they telling you.
