Environmental impact study? what adverse effect could there be? when all we are doing flattening the hill tops by a couple of meters- and the land is used to being plowed up and re planted with new crops.

As for tenure, with the profits we are looking at, i think we could even consider purchasing a demonstration farm would not be out of the question. Why not? And then can resale.
And when the rehabilitation is demonstrated, then maybe just leasing other farm land to compensate for lost usage.
(and it may only be part of their farm in any regard).

If you take a look at Bauxite Resources latest presentation, courtesy of Proactive Investors, there are a couple of views of rehabilitated farmland that are quite impressive, and would no doubt be comparable with the type of countryside that QBL are dealing with!!
