    Hi Robbo an excellent reply. As I see it by buying some rights also will give the holder the opportunity to apply for any shortfall shares. The rights are a very cheap entry into any upside that NTL have until the monies due date. Buying shares on market now will not give them access to shortfall shares DYOR
