    Part of my brain suspects that the shortfall could be placed to Amer or basically anyone who wants them.

    Albeit, I have made up my mind to take up my rights and see if I can get s'more through allocation. Buying on-market would mean I have to either buy .6 cent shares or pay .6 cents in total to buy and exercise the rights. That is a 20% premium to if I can get my hands on some shortfall.
