    Having a browse of the Permit Map on the NZPAM website and playing with the 'Legend' settings, it seems that Rahu is now 'Closed NAA' (as opposed to Pending NAA or Open NAA).

    The distinction between the different types of NAA, and what this means for NTL, is still elusive to me. I'll try to figure it out
