Sorry robbo,
You're not getting off that easy.
Your emotional response still come up wanting, and does not explain the attempted EOL, or for that matter, NCM seizure (not "took over") of the lapsed permit in what can only be considered as a rather hostile manoeuvre.
New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (NTL) notes that an application for an exploration permit over the Rahu project area has been granted to a subsidiary of Newcrest Mining Limited (Newcrest) by New Zealand Petroleum and Minerals.
Clearly NTL were unaware of any underlining strategies afoot.
Re: "Perhaps the rock chip samples on LNY exploration permit areas of 0.74g/t and no substantial intersects with the failed NCM/LNY JV are a clue."
Exactly where were these samples taken, and how far from Rahu were they taken (as well the intersects)?
BTW, you are land-locked by LNY "scraps". When NTL eventually get around to MLA, Environmental Authority, Facility descriptions, and the like, where are your haul roads.
The current haul route will not come close to a compliant solution, given the necessary volume of dirt/annum and heavy equipment traffic.
Perhaps NTL will need to (cap in hand) plead for access to the LNY "scraps". Hence the failed attempts to land grab the "scraps".
Cheers,
Sorry robbo, You're not getting off that easy. Your emotional...
