dugsab, you seem to read in a lot of emotions into my words. This is your own creation and perhaps the emotions are your cross to bear.

Alas, it is quite embarrassing for you that I have to answer these simple questions for you. I don't need to address anything but seeing as you are so hapless on these issues I feel compelled to try to help you.

    1) You can try to put any spin you want on Rahu - reality is, NTL has a 20% interest or a 100% interest if JV does not go ahead. Not to mention they even negotiated a better NSR than LNY:

    2) Again - call it what you will, as above, NTL holds 20% or 100%. Seeing as I don't have a pic for point #2, how about a link to LNY's recent attempt to "put lipstick on a pig" by posting a picture of Talisman with some MS Paint hype over top. This really does look embarrassing for LNY.

    3) Heck, while we're at it how about I educate you on some of the shortcomings of LNY's exploration permit areas to date:

Here, I can actually translate what this means because LNY said it themselves:

So, by all means, tell us about your excellent fertile gold-bearing ground at LNY. I'm sure you're full of excitement in the area around Talisman and Rahu with your 0.73g/t (oops, I said 0.74g/t) rock chip samples and drilling project with no significant zones of gold mineralisation.

    4) Go to NZPAM website. Look up old permit records. Find Heritage Gold's old permit areas. See that they took Talisman and Rahu a long, long time ago. LNY "jonny come lately" has a very large permit area with some great rock chip samples.

Extra for experts: NTL, consented (yes environmental and mining permitting) for 20,000 cubic meters of ore per annum. And while we don't have a "land court" here, a group did try to take the consent through the court and eventually capitulated (http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150611/pdf/42z473zmtg1dsh.pdf).

You see, you're trying to project your own insecurities about your LNY Agate Creek project onto Talisman. How long have you been tied up in an actual Land Court proceeding?

As for the road, we have State Highway 2 nearby and if 23g/t grades hold true then it won't take that much ore to hit positive cash flow. Certainly a lot less ore than trying to get by on 0.73g/t rock chip samples.

I have really enjoyed educating you on your own gold project but really, go back to the drawing board, learn some more about NZ legals, NZ consenting, NZ permitting, LNY and NTL and see if you can do better next time. I enjoy discussing stocks but I really don't enjoy pointing out the obvious over - and over - and over.
